1. Hoe kan ik bieden op een veilingitem? 
Zodra u een veilingitem geopend heeft kunt u starten met bieden. Voor alle items geldt een minimum openingsbod. Om een hoger bod te plaatsen dan het huidige bod kunt u een hoger bod invoeren. U ontvangt daarna een mail om uw bod te verifieren en te bevestigen. Indien u akkoord bent met uw bod, klikt u in de mail op Verifieer bod. Uw bod verschijnt nu in het overzicht van biedingen onder het desbetreffende veilingitem.

1. How can I place a bid on an auction item?
Once you have opened an auction item, you can start placing bids. A minimum opening bid applies to all items. To place a higher bid than the current bid, simply enter a higher amount. You will then receive an email to verify and confirm your bid. If you agree with your bid, click Verify bid in the email. Your bid will then appear in the bidding overview under the relevant auction item. 

2. Hoe kan ik weten of mijn bod nog steeds het hoogste is?  
Houd s.v.p. de biedingen van uw mede-bieders goed in de gaten en breng eventueel zelf een hoger bod uit. Dit gaat volgens de hierboven aangegeven procedure. U ontvangt ook een e-mail als uw bod wordt overboden door iemand anders.

2. How can I tell if my bid is still the highest?  
Please keep a close eye on the bids of your fellow bidders and place a higher bid yourself if necessary. This follows the procedure described above. You will also receive an email if your bid is outbid by someone else.

 3. Hoe weet ik of ik de hoogste bieder ben bij het aflopen van de veiling? En heb ik dan het item gewonnen? 
Indien u na afloop van een veiling het hoogste bod heeft, dan bent u de winnaar van het veilingitem. U ontvangt dan een e-mail van ons dat u de winnende bieder bent.

3. How do I know if I am the highest bidder when the auction ends? And have I won the item?
If you have the highest bid at the end of an auction, you are the winner of the auction item. You will then receive an email from us confirming that you are the winning bidder.

 

4. Hoe kan ik het gewonnen veilingitem betalen?
Per e-mail ontvangt u van ons de betaalinformatie om de koop af te ronden. De verzendkosten bedragen € 8,60 en het veilingitem wordt aangetekend naar u verstuurd via Post NL. U wordt verzocht de betaling binnen 5 werkdagen aan ons te voldoen. U maakt het totale geldbedrag rechtstreeks over naar stichting FC Robinstijn. Pas nadat wij de betaling hebben ontvangen, zullen wij het gewonnen veilingitem naar u toesturen. U ontvangt daarna per e-mail de trackingscode van ons. Voldoet u binnen deze termijn niet aan uw verplichtingen, dan staat het ons vrij om het veilingitem aan de volgende hoogste bieder aan te bieden of het veilingitem opnieuw als kavel via onze veiling aan te bieden.

4. How can I pay for the auction item I have won?
You will receive an email from us with the payment details to complete the purchase. Shipping costs are €8.60 and the auction item will be sent to you by registered mail via PostNL. You are requested to complete the payment within 5 business days. The total amount is to be transferred directly to Stichting FC Robinstijn. Only after we have received your payment will we send the won auction item to you. You will then receive the tracking code from us by email. If you fail to meet your obligations within this period, we reserve the right to offer the auction item to the next highest bidder or to relist the auction item as a lot in our auction.

 

5. Kun je in de laatste minuut nog snel overbieden om het item te winnen?
De veiling stopt als de tijd om is. Je bod is pas geldig zodra hij geverifieerd is. Hierdoor word snel overbieden voorkomen. Het kan voorkomen dat op het laatst meer biedingen binnen komen. De hoogste bieder heeft dan de veiling gewonnen. 

5. Can you outbid someone in the last minute to win the item?
The auction stops when the time is up. Your bid is only valid once it has been verified. This prevents last-minute outbidding. It is possible that more bids come in towards the end. The highest bidder will then have won the auction.

 

6. Wat betekenen de specificaties bij een veilingitem?
De specificaties bij een veilingitem maken duidelijk over welk item de veiling gaat en welke kenmerken het veilingitem heeft:

Land/club:	Betekent van welk land of van welke club het item afkomstig is.
Item:	Geeft aan wat voor soort item er geveild wordt.
Type shirt:	Geeft aan of het een uit- of thuis-shirt betreft.
Seizoen:	Geeft aan uit welk seizoen het veilingitem afkomstig is.
Rugnummer:	Betreft het rugnummer welk op het veilingitem vermeld staat.
Gesigneerd:	Geeft aan of het shirt een originele handtekening van de speler bevat.
Maat:	Geeft de maat van het veilingitem weer.
Gedragen	Geeft aan of het shirt gedragen is door de speler.

 

6. What do the specifications of an auction item mean?

The specifications of an auction item clarify which item is being auctioned and what characteristics the auction item has:

Country/club:	Indicates which country or club the item originates from.
Item:	Indicates what type of item is being auctioned.
Type of shirt:	Indicates whether it is an away or home shirt.
Season:	Indicates which season the auction item is from.
Squadnumber:	Refers to the squad number shown on the auction item.
Signed:	Indicates whether the shirt contains an original signature of the player.
Size:	Shows the size of the auction item.
Matchworn:	Indicates whether the shirt has been worn by the player.
