Veiling voorwaarden

Deze voorwaarden gelden voor deelname aan de online FC Robinstijn veiling:

  • Om als bieder deel te kunnen nemen aan onze veiling is registratie op onze website vereist. Je moet ouder dan 18 jaar en handelingsbekwaam zijn. We mogen om een legitimatiebewijs vragen en dit dien je dan ook te verstrekken;
  • Je kunt niet gezamenlijk bieden. Biedingen dienen te worden gedaan door één persoon;
  • FC Robinstijn heeft het recht je registratie en daarmee je mogelijkheid om te bieden om haar moverende redenen te weigeren en/of te beëindigen;
  • De persoonsgegevens die je achterlaat bij registratie worden enkel gebruikt om het mogelijk te maken om te bieden en het eventueel gekochte item aan je te kunnen bezorgen. We houden ons aan geldende wet- en regelgeving inzake de bescherming van persoonsgegevens;
  • De veiling vindt online plaats via fc.robinstijn.onzeveiling.nl. De opbrengst van de veiling wordt volledig aangewend voor de goede doelen van FC Robinstijn;
  • De online veiling stopt op de aangegeven tijd bij het veilingitem. Tijdens de looptijd van de veiling van het aangeboden item kan er overboden worden;
  • Een gedane bieding is onherroepelijk en onvoorwaardelijk en kan niet meer ingetrokken worden;
  • De veiling items worden verkocht in de staat zoals afgebeeld en beschreven op fcrobinstijn.onzeveilingonline.nl. Er wordt geen garantie gegeven op de staat van de items. Er kunnen (kleine) afwijkingen zijn ten opzichte van de foto’s en beschrijving. Gedragen shirts kunnen gebreken bevatten. Er wordt geen garantie of toezegging gedaan m.b.t. de kwaliteit van de items;
  • Fc Robinstijn kan de authenticiteit van "matchworn" items niet verifiëren. De items zijn afkomstig van donaties door ambassadeurs en/of partners. De toelichting bij de items komt van de ambassadeurs/donateurs en/of partners. FC Robinstijn mag op deze verklaringen en informatie vertrouwen en is niet aansprakelijk indien blijkt dat bepaalde verklaringen niet blijken te kloppen;
  • Per veilingitem is er sprake van een minimale startprijs. Als dit bedrag niet wordt geboden, wordt het item niet verkocht;
  • De veiling geschiedt per opbod en het hoogste bod ‘wint’ het item. Als de tijd om te bieden eindigt en de minimale prijs is geboden, wijst FC Robinstijn het item toe aan de hoogste bieder. Deze bieder moet de koopsom direct na toewijzing voldoen aan FC Robinstijn. Wanneer gewenst kan er op verzoek een factuur verstrekt worden;
  • Het item wordt na ontvangst van betaling verzonden door FC Robinstijn naar het adres dat bij de registratie is doorgegeven. Verzending van het item geschiedt aangetekend en verzekerd via PostNL. De verzendkosten zijn afhankelijk van het gewicht en de waarde van het item en komen voor rekening van de koper;
  • Per af te nemen item worden door FC Robinstijn € 15,- administratiekosten in rekening gebracht i.v.m. de afwikkeling van de koop en de verzending.

 

Auction Terms and Conditions

The following conditions apply to participation in the online FC Robinstijn auction:

  • To participate as a bidder in our auction, registration on our website is required. You must be older than 18 years and legally competent. We may ask for proof of identity and you are required to provide this;
  • You cannot bid jointly. Bids must be placed by one person;
  • FC Robinstijn has the right to refuse and/or terminate your registration and thereby your ability to bid for its own reasons;
  • The personal data you provide upon registration will only be used to enable bidding and to deliver any purchased item to you. We comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal data;
  • The auction takes place online via fc.robinstijn.onzeveiling.nl. The proceeds of the auction will be used entirely for the charitable causes of FC Robinstijn;
  • The online auction closes at the indicated time for the auction item. During the running time of the auction of the offered item, outbidding is possible;
  • A placed bid is irrevocable and unconditional and cannot be withdrawn;
  • The auction items are sold in the condition as shown and described on fcrobinstijn.onzeveilingonline.nl. No guarantee is given regarding the condition of the items. There may be (minor) differences compared to the photos and description. Worn shirts may contain defects. No guarantee or commitment is made regarding the quality of the items;
  • FC Robinstijn cannot verify the authenticity of "match worn" items. The items come from donations by ambassadors and/or partners. The description accompanying the items comes from the ambassadors/donors and/or partners. FC Robinstijn may rely on these statements and information and is not liable if certain statements turn out to be incorrect;
  • Each auction item has a minimum starting price. If this amount is not bid, the item will not be sold;
  • The auction is conducted by ascending bids and the highest bid 'wins' the item. When the bidding time ends and the minimum price has been bid, FC Robinstijn awards the item to the highest bidder. This bidder must pay the purchase price directly after being awarded to FC Robinstijn. Upon request, an invoice can be provided;
  • The item will be shipped by FC Robinstijn after receipt of payment to the address provided during registration. Shipment of the item is done by registered and insured mail via PostNL. The shipping costs depend on the weight and value of the item and are at the expense of the buyer;
  • For each item purchased, FC Robinstijn will charge €15 in administration costs in connection with the handling of the purchase and the shipping.
