This matchworn and signed Vitesse home jersey from the 2003–2004 season, with the number 19, belonged to Dutch forward Peter van Vossen. This shirt comes from the private collection of our matchmaker Peter van Vossen, who donated the shirt to FC Robinstijn.
Peter van Vossen (born in 1968) is a former Dutch football striker known for his pace, determination, and goal-scoring ability. During his career, he played for clubs including VC Vlissingen, Beveren, Anderlecht, Ajax, Rangers, Feyenoord, De Graafschap, and Vitesse. He won the UEFA Champions League with Ajax in 1995 and later became Dutch champion with Feyenoord. For the Netherlands national team, he earned 31 caps and scored 9 goals, representing his country at the 1994 FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro 2000.
